1. Embroidery - Sew N Stitches has the highest rated precision quality embroidey machines available in the industry today. Our German manufactured all metal embroidery machines can handle the intricate details of your unique embroidery design logo like no other. Your logo will look crisp and reflect your professional image when embroidered on our machines. To do business with Sew N Stitches and have your logo embroidered, artwork must be submitted in a vector format. Acceptable formats include: .eps, .pdf, .ai, .cdr. Sometimes we can use .jpeg if a high resolution but not always. If you have an embroidery file in one of the two following formats we may be able to use them. .DST or .EMB. Even though you provide us with an embroidery file, there will still be a setup fee which will cover our time to set the embroidery machine up and purchase any required color threads needed to complete your design. One unique thing about Sew N Stitches is we have the largest embroidery stitching field in our area. Our ZSK embroidery machines are wide format so we can stitch areas of up to 12 inches by 15 inches.

2. Digital Printing - Sew N Stitches has wide-format printing capability with a photo realistic printing high resolution with the highest tech print technology available today. Our state of the art wide format printer allows us to print digitally printed designs for garments and apply via a commercial pnuematic heat press, large banners with or without grommets, wall art, canvas for painting reproduction, large window clings, permanent and removable wall decals, car decals, and stickers for decoration. To have Sew N Stitches print an item for you we require high resolution artwork as this printer prints so clearly that only vector arwork will look professional when enlarged to print. If given not good artwork, the result will appear blurry and pixelated.

Types of vector artwork files we can use are as follows: .eps, .pdf, .ai, or .cdr. We can use very high resolution photographs (.jpeg) too for wall art.

3. Sublimation - Sew N Stitches does dye sublimation in-house. We print an image exactly as it is via a sublimation print transfer and then heat press via a commercial heat press onto a 100% polyester garment. Poly/cotton blends do not result in sharp outcomes so we only recommend 100% polyester fabric. The format needed for sublimation is a high resolution .eps, .ai, ,cdr, jpeg, .png, .pdf. Sublimation can reproduce photo image quality onto polyester garments, award wood, drink coasters, drink huggies, plaques, ceramic mugs and aluminum water bottles and so much more.

4. Screenprint -To do screenprint with Sew N Stitches we require vector artwork. File format must be .eps or .pdf anything else will require a redraw and thus incur a fee. Screenprint requires a separate screen for every single color in an image. The more colors the more expensive screenprint becomes. Most of the cost of screenprint is in the screens. Not only are screens required but if using light colors on dark fabric flash treatment is also required. Screenprint lead times can be anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks lead time from approved proof.
